HDMI 18Gbps Audio DownMixing Device that supports HDR/DolbyVision™
The DAC1 HDMI 18Gbps Audio Extractor extracts audio signals (Dolby 5.1 and DTS 5.1) and downmixes the signal to stereo from any HDMI compliant source to digital optical or analog stereo L/R audio outputs. Both input and output HDMI connections support video resolution up to 4K2K@50/60Hz (YUV444) while supporting HDR 10+, and DolbyVision™ passthrough. HDCP 2.2 and CEC bypass are supported.
Primary Use: to extract audio from a media player and then convert the multichannel audio to stereo.
